Service Description
Our evening Elemental Yoga class takes place down on the beach in front of the Sheraton Resort. At 5pm daily, we view the sun set over the sea and the rainforests in the distance, we connect with our deep breath and find space in our minds and bodies to relax and let go of the stress of our daily lives. Meet at Elemental Yoga studio to collect your mats, or down on the sand in front of the Sheraton Hotel. if it's raining we will do our class in the studio.
