We begin our healing journey here, by choosing crystals and flower essences. Be guided on an hour- long creative visualization through the seven energy centers in our bodies. We will imagine our chakras as lotus flowers, connecting to colour, aroma senses and flow into a grounded, balanced and inspired space of well-being.
